📦 Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
• To cancel your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

🔄 Returns & Replacement

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Defective product received
• Wrong item delivered

Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Unboxing video or proof may be required
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in case of prepaid orders
• For COD orders, only replacement will be provided (no refund)

Refund Process:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund Mode:

• Original payment method (UPI, card, etc.)
